Electronic Arts is one of the biggest names in video game history. They wanted a timeline of all their games to celebrate their 40th anniversary for employees to enjoy. They can explore games, videos, and important company milestones.
The website works in-tandem with an interactive experience in the company’s headquarters lobby.

Challenges
How do we collect and organize the ~1,200 games and accompanying assets?
Which filters are the most interesting to explore games?
EA’s games have impacted technology and culture. How do we convey these forms EA’s accomplishments?
The homepage displays random games and milestones from the library to encourage exploration.
Games can be filtered by: genres, years, franchises, and platforms.
A timeline view displays games, milestones, and videos together chronologically.
The top of game detail pages display cover art, a description of the game, and the ability for users to mark a game as "played," "loved," or "worked on."
Game detail pages display images, videos, and music. Related games in a franchise are displayed as well.
Trivia segments provide additional context of certain games within broader history.
